Emma loves Oma!
Well this post is a little past-due, but that's okay! Emma had her 8 wk. checkup and she got her shots. Poor thing, cried like a little baby! But I think it just may have hurt me more than it hurt her. :'( Her stats were good, she was at 10lb. 12oz, and 22.5 in. long. She's growing quickly!! Her weight, length, and head size are all in the 50th percentile, so although she looks like one chunky monkey, apparently she's average. HAHA!! It seems funny to me because this girl has fat rolls where I never imagined possible!! She's so cuddly. :)
Casey's been enjoying school, almost finished with his second quarter at CBC! I have been at home trying to get back into the swing of things. We have been walking a lot, even though it has been kind of chilly! Not too bad though, usually in the high 40's, low 50's. Two days ago we drove up to the woods and spent the day exploring and hiking. It was a lot of fun! We have been doing a lot of uphill walking, and my legs are burning! It's nice to get some fresh air and some exercise!
